Charities

The commitment is simple

Community projects are at the heart of Nottingham RockCorps. In partnership with local charities and community organisations across Nottinghamshire, projects are designed to make a lasting impact.

In just 4 hours, it is amazing to see the transformation that can happen when over 50 people come together and give their time.

Each of our partners has an incredible mission, from supporting youth, promoting wellbeing and ending homelessness to environmental sustainability and supplying the local community with vital services.

With huge thanks to our Nottingham RockCorps charity partners....

Ed Attenborough, the High Sheriff of Nottinghamshire, said: “This is a brilliant example of collective action for our community. Music and volunteering are both fantastic ways to engage your county’s young people. I am so thrilled to work with our great community partners.”

Things to know about the concert at Rock City

Rock City operate a dedicated Welfare Team for its events who will be present throughout the venue to support customer safety and wellbeing. They are easily identifiable by blue hi-vis tabards and can be found around the venue or at the Welfare Desk in the entrance foyer to the left as you come into the event.

They are there to help with anything you may need, including if you’ve lost your friends, misplaced your belongings, or your phone has run out of charge. They can also provide assistance or take you to a quieter space if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Please don’t hesitate to approach them at any time during the event.
